These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions of Book IV of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act and other supplementary legislation (Official State Gazette (BOE) of 30 November 2007), as amended, including Royal Decree-Law 23/2018 of 21 December, and by any other applicable legislation currently in force.

The complete General Terms and Conditions applicable to package travel and linked travel arrangements — covering booking and payment, price revision, changes and cancellations by either party, the traveller’s right of withdrawal, liability and complaints, insolvency protection and the statutory information sheet — form part of the booking documentation and are provided in full before any booking is confirmed.
